Filtration Stages
- Stage 1 – Inline Carbon Filter: reduces chlorine and other chemicals, protecting the RO membrane. Replace yearly.
- Stage 2 – RO Membrane: removes up to 99% of over 1,000 contaminants including chlorine, fluoride, lead (up to 98%), arsenic, asbestos, calcium and sodium. Replace every 3-4 years.
- Stage 3 – Alkalising Filter: restores natural pH and mineral balance for better-tasting water. Replace every 2 years.
Important: this system assumes an existing whole-house pre-filter is already installed. If your home doesn’t have whole-house pre-filtration, ask us about our 5-stage undersink RO system instead, which includes its own sediment and carbon pre-filter stages built in.
Installed to AS 3497:2021 and the Plumbing Code of Australia, with a Plumbing Compliance Certificate provided for every job.
